as an alternative to Rush (expensive but good service) my wife recently went to Rockit Hair - Eddie is the main guy and he cuts both girls and guys. Down to earth but good service and great prices. He has a Polish lady in called Magda who did a cut, blow-dry and whole head of colour on my wife for £75 and she was delighted. Tells me she's never going back to Rush again (that would have been £200+)
