Dr. Bledar at City Vet; however he is moving to their new branch in Abu Dhabi so I would give him a call quick. He did two TPOs for our Samoyed.

Well our dog Sarah had cancer in the shoulder and two surgeries at the Veterinary Hospital in Al Barsha with Dr Ruben. He did a very good job and we felt that it was a good decision. I know it's not the same situation but is was also a complicated joint surgery. Maybe you can check with them

Best Ortho Doctor is in Abu Dhabi, Jonathan Hale. He performed both knee surgeries on our baby boy and great after care. I know you would prefer in DXB but he is known through out the Gulf as one of the best if not the best. All the best www.britvet.com

unfortunately Micky and Dr Rueben do not get along, we used to use Dr. Spicer and he is amazing but he is no longer based in Dubai permanently.
