Unfortunately I can only recommend who *not* to work with- Cora Bett Thomas. Kristy Valdez lied to me on multiple locations, then tried to blame me for not cooperating.

The issue may be the current state of Savannah rentals. While I fully suggest using a Realtor most rentals in Savannah if leased through a Realtor only Pay a $100 commission. Not enough to motivate a Realtor on the lessees side of things. The second issue you may run into is many property managers won’t rent sight unseen because of the issue of “ this doesn’t look anything like the pictures.” There are a number of non represented( owner/lessors ) in the Savannah area who will rent sight unseen but then you’re taking a shot in the dark. Best of luck. Also you can use Raidsonline.com to check crime activity in many Savannah areas.
