Looking for help from any beauticians. I'm getting married in September and my nails are a mess. After being ravaged by chemotherapy I can't get them to grow anymore...

Recomend regular manicures to get them back in good condition. Keep them short too until they are stronger. Hand cream, cuticle work and nail strengthener all help. www.facebook.com/lindaarbucklemua

The OPI nail remedy stuff is amazing, can't remember what it's called there's various versions. You'll get it in Sally's salon services shops, the girl that sold me it told me her mum used it when she was recovering from chemo and it really helped. And on that note - lots of well wishes coming you're way that you are feeling good on the countdown to your special day. X
