When our dog was alive we used Heads Nook near Carlisle, a wee bit to travel but well worth it. Personal touch, large kennel areas, many with access to outside runs and frequent walks through the day - as she got older they would keep her with them in the reception area and let her toddle about with them. Fantastic service.
