UNC dental school has an emergency department and can probably work with you $$$-wise. They’ll be cheaper than any private practice at least.

Research Triangle Dental is pretty good about emergency situations and usually does payment plans.

Try Advance Health/Wake Health Services (multiple locations in Wake & Franklin Co) or the Wake County Health Dept. Both are considered safety net providers and will screen you for ability to pay and offer sliding scale payments.
