J heaps of houses in Dunsborough on Stayz which are flash! Can work out cheaper than hotels too. Otherwise around Bunker Bay, Pullman resort has 2 bedroom villas. I stayed at Whalers Cove with work once and they were awesome, right on the beach and huge!

J - not sure if you're looking for hotel/chalet or house, but we tend to stay in houses. You can get some really beautiful and luxurious homes down there which can work out cheaper than hotels if you're going with a group.
