No, she wouldn't recommend anybody... said it was hard to get people out to Duvall. (?!) It's a little odd given that they specifically mention pellet stoves on their website. I will call around tomorrow and also check with Monroe Fireplace, thank you.

Try Anderson Fireplace and/or Sutter Home and Hearth. I will need our pellet stoves REALLY cleaned at the end of the season also.
