I would just advise AGAINST using All Around Repair. Had a bad experience where it took 2 weeks longer than promised to have an issue resolved and they never contact you and leave you guessing.

Fortunately, the problem doesn't appear, in the video, to be the digital control panel. My guess, for what it's worth, is that the noise could be the shaft, rear rollers, or the idler pulley. If it is one or all of those things, it will not be a difficult fix (if you're handy). There are lots of youtube videos that will take you step by step to fix yourself. Unplug the dryer and take the front off to diagnose and order the correct parts or check with GE Appliance Parts in Greenville. They sell parts for major brand appliances and are helpful in diagnosing problems over the phone.
