Acupuncture/Massage Therapy.... try Edmonds Wellness Clinic (over by EW)... they got me through some nasty shoulder/neck issues due to stress and conducting until I could work on strengthening/healing the larger problems over the summer to last 4 mos. with pilates and yoga.

https://www.facebook.com/kate.labiak , I think that is exactly what I need to do as well. Apple mentioned I really need to stretch out my shoulders and sides. Regular exercise hasn't exactly been routine for me for awhile. Add weight gain into the equation and like I'm turn ing into stone! On a nice note Josh performed for the family yesterday! What a Wonderful World, the opening song the Charlie Brown's Christmas Special and Silent Night! I have such a great kid!!!

Thank you https://www.facebook.com/darthkat and https://www.facebook.com/merril.lundgren ! I saw a great chiropractor when I was in college at CWU in Ellensburg. He made me very comfortable and I think my health insurance must have been covering it. My freshman year, I think I got stress ed out with the changes that going to a university brought on. I woke up every day in pain cracking all over. I saw a chiropractor in my mid twenties too, but had to stop due to being a poor struggling young college grad making next to nothing. I can afford it now, but I sense I need a stronger, healthier body to combat this long term.
Anyone recommend a good Chiropractor in the Lynnwood/Everett/Mukilteo area?
