http://gologo.ca is local and will do this , you can order all kinds of stuff and defenitly usb's with your logo on them. They are at st ab trail, close to yellowhead.

Check Print Machine. I don't know for sure if they do USBs but they do offer a broker service, and we've used them for shirts and mugs and they're always great to deal with.

+1 for Flashbay. I used to order printed USBs regularly. My former company had an agreement with a local promo company to get us discounted prices on top of what they offered to other smaller companies. They would match Flashbay but they would tell us they’d lose money on the deal. If you do order local, shop around. All the promo companies outsource to other companies. The prices of USBs change week to week even with the same supplier. I learned to pre-order months in advance and to monitor pricing.
