Really depends on what you want to get. Do your own research. Every artist has their own forte. Small town Edson has 4 local artists and you'll hear good and bad about each of them. I've had work done by Travis from Psychopomps Tattoo and love the work he did. It's all a matter of personal preference. Go to each shop and ask questions, look at pictures and make up your own mind.
