Thatchers. And dr. Martens at Family Health Chiropratic. He is a neuro trained Chiro. Thatchers have a machine that alleviates compression. No breaking of bones/cracking.

www.spinaladjustingcenter.com is great. Between Elkhart and Goshen (in Dunlap), they're first-come first-serve, $20/visit ($25 for new patients) and that covers everything, even if you need x-rays. They don't bother with insurance, which is why they're so cheap. They'll take as long on you as you need and work on everything you want. Ask Gena Charlton, we used to go there all the time, she probably still does.
