Eun, my name is Jose Reyes, I am Co-President of DSAEP. You will have three options to place your son here in El Paso. Most Military familes place their kids in the El Paso Independent School District especially if you will live on Base. There are also many EPISD schools in the immediate area around Ft. Bliss (NE El PAso). Many of the parents in our organization have expressed concerns in the EPISD inclusion program (or lack of inclusion). Many families who live in East El Paso enroll their kids in the Socorro District or Ysleta School District. There are more Socoro Schools close to Ft.Bliss than Ysleta. We personally have had better luck in the Ysleta School District but there are not many Ysleta Schools close to Ft. Bliss.
