Elgin Medic if you have state insurance. Well my dad used it about a year ago when he had his defibrillator put in at St. Joes. They took him (and me because they allow one person to ride with IF they're your support buddy) from his place in C'Ville to St. Joes & back home when he was discharged from there. It's worth a try.
