One of the cheaper vet clinics in the area is Cherry Hill 410-398-1331, you can also try Basin Run in Port Deposit they are the only clinic in the area that accepts the SNAP certificate which you buy online.

For the neuter, spayaz.com is a Spay/Neuter clinic in Dover that is very reasonably priced and just all around great.
