No gym required look him up on face book.. https://www.facebook.com/NoGymRequire Mike is not a standard personal trainer he is master trainer who has studied and the national institute of fitness, he is also a nutritionalist and trained in fitness around injury. His prices are fantastic! He also does full fitness health MOTs.
