Tratoria Montesse. I was there the other night and the manager, Paolo, was there and very, very nice. Said he was trying to push business in a new, positive, better way and was very open to ways to do that. Actually gave me (and everyone) his person email to make himself accessible. paolo.morra2003@libero.it443-695-0249

That sounds really awesome! It's so great that these places exist. I'm not anywhere near there, but if I was, hopefully the other allergens they don't have our tree nuts. It's about as bad as a peanut allergy, and unfortunately a lot of the gluten - safe restaurants or bakeries I found use a ton of nuts or even things like almond flour, which is fairly terrifying.
