Hands down, Joe Joe Marzolf in Holland. He owns Roadhouse Tattoo and his work is amazing. He also does work for breast cancer survivors and a reduced rate. Go to his website or his fb page and check out his work.

laura i promise you my tattoo guy John Kostoff is the best there is! he owns his own shop. its called left hand liquids. you can look it up on fb and see some of his work. truly amazing! worth every penny!
