Upper Grand could not fix a prescription issue which caused me to see traffic lights doubled and ghosting. After multiple tries, I saw Dr Grant who was terse and told me they weren't making money on this deal. After that, I went to Dr Lorentz who fixed the problem first try.

Doctors are not taking new patients. You get on a list and health care connect gets you a new one .... when one becomes available. You do not get to choose the doctor. Bad part about this is you have to take your present doctor off and wait. Call Health Care Connect.
