Thanks everybody. I'm very happy to report that Brandon ter Steege from AM Group of Companies took the time to come and look at my problem. He was the most punctual tradesperson I've ever encountered! Huge points already. He video taped the problem and suggested I actually have the original roofing company have the opportunity to look at this even though it was installed over 10 years ago. If I'm not happy with the original roofers suggestion he will look after things. I was very impressed with him and his business ethics.

Bahahaha!! It's hilarious that you think anything in your post is accurate. Flat roofing is far more complicated than shingles. Try it sometime, I bet you fall out.
