Thanks Dana! Dr. Skyhar at CORE is my orthopedist so my first inclination is to take therapy there…. but it has mixed reviews on yelp, which caused me to slow down and research alternatives. Thanks!

I have seen Dr Loren at Core Orthopedic and loved his non invasive approach to my torn meniscus. I was introduced to the MELT Method previous to my injury and was only doing the hand and foot treatment. He said he would like to see if I could continue getting good results from the Melt Treatments. Well, not only did I get good results I avoided have to have knee surgery. He was very impressed with the way my knee healed. I am about 95% at what I can do. I started the physical therapy but did not complete it. I just continued to Melt and learned the roller work as well and I do my own physical therapy. I do love Dr. Loren at CORE Orthopedic but felt the Physical Therapists may need to learn some of the new research out there on connective tissue.
