Halfords sell them - Nearest Halfords is next to McDonald's/Staples in Apsley.

We bought ten for our school and we used this company. https://bikeability.dft.gov.uk/2008/07/03/balance-bikes/ They are really good but the cycle surgery in snow centre are really good as well x x

The one at the Ski Centre is called Cycle Surgery. If they do them I'd try there first. Better bike shop than Halfords to be honest.
