I worked and used Comcast. The service for biz class was so bad. On top it seems they will not let you out of your contract. You need to get in touch with someone local , not an Atlanta rep. Too risky in transfering it. Unless you can have all risk transfered too.

If you can't find a taker and would be interested in donating your contract to a 501 c3 Charity (tax deductable), the Makers Local 256 could put it to good use.

I wish I had seen this sooner. I work in the industry, so I have an idea how telecom contracts are usually worded. Typically the contract is with the business and if the business closes, the contract is void. Read their terms and conditions [here.](http://business.comcast.com/enterprise/contact-us/Enterprise_Services-General-Terms-Conditions) especially section 5.2. Telecom companies have pretty strict contracts, but if the business closes, there is little action they can take. Carriers are pretty far down the list when it comes to bankruptcy payouts, so they don't even try to fight it most of the time.
