It depends on what kind of painting you're looking for, if you're wanting a portrait, Kaziah Hancock is very good as is Sandi Schoppe (my neighbor). Characatures are done perfectly by Steve Weller. Brad Taggart from the 4 th ward and snow college art guru could give you good information also.
