I've had two licensed contractors take a look at mine. (1) Top Hat Restoration - they said that we had enough damage to warrant a claim. It wasn't "terrible", but it was bad enough to file. (2) Service Guys - they pointed many hail hits on the shingles, metal vent caps, screens, windows, damage to the gutters and soffits. I'm leery of filing a claim, but at this point it seems to make sense.
