Hello all, we've just moved here and I'm a yoga teacher. I'm looking for a challenging, fun, high energy vinyasa class around here. Anyone know of anything? It doesn't...

Welcome! Try Sandra - very intentional sequencing - http://yogabysandra.de/ - she teaches in German but I've found it a helpful way to learn things in German (like body parts, animal names and right and lefts)

Hey ladies, me again. Can anyone recommend a good pregnancy yoga class/teacher in the Herzo/Erlangen area? Googling like crazy but can't find much. Thanks!

I went here with Bethina Mild. Not sure if she speaks English though... http://www.praxis-rundumskind.de/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=61&Itemid=64
Hello ladies! First of all, happy new year! I would love some of your recommendations for some yoga\gym\aqua gym classes during pregnancy. Any great ones in Erlangen?...

I only know the wasserschule. My teacher was really nice but I don't know if she is still working there. The course used to be in Waldkrankenhaus but now They have their own place between erlangen bruck and tennenlohe (i think). I also took 2 more courses with My baby. The only thing is that if you can't make it to the class, eben if you are total sick and you have a notificación saying that you were sick, you only have one reposition class. They also work for the VHS erlangen, wich is longer that the courses They normaly give and less expensive. http://www.wasserschule.de/wordpress/
