Please help....
I have received HORRIBLE customer service time and time again from Eureka Pediatrics. Once I get to see Dr. Green, he's been fine but his staff is...
Kasey K. replied:
Every time I call they have been rude. By his started when I first moved here 6 months ago, but we heard such great things I blew if off. My 5 week old has been sick the last 3 weeks. They have had me come back every 2-3 days and keep charging me co pays but all they do is look at baby (no exam) and weigh her. They won't run a test for RSV or anything else. They just say that they don't know what she has, and don't know how to treat it but refuse to run any tests to rule stuff out. They put her on antibiotics and it has made her worse and now say that was a Mistake to put her on antibiotics so young and there is nothing they can do. It's getting old hauling three kids (under 3) in car to walk in, be treated rude and the doctor to say, "not sure what's going on, but come back in 2-3 days if not better." Dr. Green has been fine as well as his nurse, but everyone else needs a happy pill in that office.

Try Esse Health Pediatrics on Watson Rd in Sunset Hills. They are open 7-7 weekdays, Sat and Sun spots. We love all the Dr in the practice. 314/966-5437.

Dr. Joel Koenig, 314-994-0209 - Missouri Baptist. Love him, he started with my daughter in the NICU. Went to him until she turned 17! His staff is wonderful too!
Michelle D. replied:
We love ESSE Pediatrics on Watson. We use Dr. Norton, but have seen most of the Ped.'s in the practice and they are all great! Their staff is amazing too!!
Lynn B. replied:
We love our Drs at West County Pediatric. Many of our friends and family also take their kids. We have seen Dr. Carney and Dr. Bayer. When my son was born with a particular birth defect that impacted his ability to feed, Dr. Carney was on it and so obvious after meeting my son for the first time went and did research right away. We have also liked the nurses and staff!
DeDe P. replied:
Love Dr. Carney, he is fabulous, have seen Dr. Bayer before to and was pleased with her. When my some was 6 months old Dr. Carney checked him for RSV right away and he had it, he doesn't like to waste time
Janet B. replied:
Take her to Cardinal Glennon or St. Louis Children's Hospital. Too long for a little one to be sick. Do NOT wait. Trust your mom intuition. Then talk to Dr. Green personally over the phone and demand copay reimbursement. That is totally unexceptable. Prayers!
Christina B. replied:
My oldest daughter was one of Dr. Carney's first patients and we absolutely loved him. I was sad when it was time for my girls to head to gp's. Have seen Dr. Bayer at times and liked her as well. Good luck in your search!
Roxie E. replied:
Dr. Greens and staff has always worked well for us but I would take the baby to St Louis Children's Hospital if struggling with a diagnosis.
Suzie B. replied:
Oops took to er, they said nothing Dr Lowther knew what it was
Charles N. replied:
We have been going to Dr. Christy Bayer since my 9 year old was little, now we take our 3 year old there. She is amazing. West County Pediatrics 16555 Manchester Road, Grover, MO 63040 (636) 458-5858
Sara N. replied:
We go to Dr Mayer at St Louis Pediatrics at St Luke's Hospital she is great and staff is very friendly!
Carolyn N. replied:
We use Suburban Pediatrics as well and have had great service. My husband's family has been going there since he was little.
Leasha T. replied:
Emily Eckley has a new dr after going there.
Becky P. replied:
There's no excuse for that kind of behavior! You can't tell someone with a 5 week old you don't know what's wrong! We have used George Rezabek in Fenton for almost 10 years and love him and his staff! They are Mercy though
We just moved to Eureka and were referred to Dr. Green with Eureka Pediatrics, but have had a couple bad customer service encounters with the front office. (Only saw Dr....
Debi D. replied:
I would call and talk to Wanda about the bad encounters at the front office, Kasey. She will handle them. My kids went there and I am very particular about doctors. My son at 22 still sees Dr. Green because he likes to follow his patients through college. He is an excellent doctor and gets a mom's intuition. Some like his partner. I was not a fan but that doesn't mean he's not good.\
Laura V. replied:
I love Dr Green, but agree that the office staff is not very friendly. We keep going there though because the location is so convenient.
Christine P. replied:
aw thats too bad .... My kiddoes have been going there for well over 10 years. Actually I have a 16 year old that still refuses to see anyone else. We keep telling her she has to start seeing a "big girl" doctor lol Dr Nozaki is amazing too!
Staci S. replied:
We have been using that office for almost 24 years now and we love Dr. Green. Dr Green took over when Dr Wimmer retired and Wanda has been there from the start. We have also had a couple of bad encounters with the front office but I think that overall it's with it. Following patients through college must be new because they would no longer see my oldest son, soon to be 24, after he turned 18.
Jennifer L. replied:
We recently left for the same reason. I talked to the office about what was going on and the next visit had the same problems. After posting on here, we've moved to Sunset Pediatrics. Haven't had our first wellness visit yet, but my you've at was sick and I called and they fit us in on a Saturday. We were happy with the doctor, but have only been there once.
