Chiropractic is a pseudoscience that has no medical benefit.

If you have a sore back, or other injury, go and see a Physiotherapist like [these guys](http://www.sportsandspinalphysio.com.au/locations/chermside/). Not a primary source, but [this](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chiropractic_controversy_and_criticism) provides a good summary of why.

I found Joanne at Osteocare absolutely lovely and professional. She's an osteopath, not a chiropractor, but I always left feeling like she helped me. She would do a bit of a massage, look for some points of pressure or something, and do a upper back and lower back manipulation. Then of course teach me the exercises she wanted me to do at home to stop the problem from happening. After seeing a couple of physiotherapists before her, there is no way I will go back to a physio, as to me she appeared to be all of that + more. And despite the science (and even the osteopath) saying that manipulations don't fix the problem, they definitely gave me relief in the short term which was wonderful.
