Amanda Morgan clearly has no idea about this kinda stuff! And use manic panic cotton candy pink, the aqua and ultra violet over pale inner banana yellow blond hair hair chalk is fun but messy and ur clothes end up wearing it too, the manic panic will only last 2-4 weeks ( im a professionals daughter) and party colours user for oh about 20 years! Been every colour they have! Currently on purples lol

This colour is beautiful and for sure I could do this. But! You have to realize you need to have a very light base to achieve the look.
