Co-op Market is good. Also several local community-supported-agriculture (CSA). Vegetables, mostly. No meat co-ops like Outside. But we have wild foods--salmon and moose especially, that are widely shared by neighbors and friends.

Sourdough Girls are the same thing as www.wholyliving.com they order twice a year, and you get the best price. Azure Standard you can order once a month, or if you to pick up any time the coop market. Summer time the farmers market twice a week is great for local produce.

Allison Rigby does foot reflexology. She's very good.
I am in need of a great place that does reflexology. I work in retail and my calves and feet ache. Any recommendations?

I live in danskos or I wear Clark's orthodic sandals. I see there is a soul 2 sole salon here. Maybe I will give them a go. Until then, I think I will go into Happy Nails and go for the best and longest pedicure package. Lol
