I haven't had any serious repairs done but I've had minor work done at the watch shop in Fair Oaks Mall. http://www.jjwatchusa.com/ They have always taken care of me quickly and efficiently. They're friendly and the prices were reasonable as well. Worth a look for sure.

There is also an independent place in University Mall, Braddock Rd and 123. I haven't had anything repaired, just some batteries replaced.

One place I can recommend you DO NOT go to, is a place on Main Street in Vienna. (Rt. 123) My wife took her Cartier there and it came back with the wrong movement in it.
