Have massage therapists (I go to Megan who has iron hands), ART chiropractors, acupuncture and a large support staff. They will show you exercises and stretches to help with the healing.

I'm thinking as soon as they see healthy they run the other way hahaha. But I like it. I'm attracting who is I guess the questions not people who r already into fitness and wellness. The ones who think they need to sacrifice for their loved ones or have to work so much to feed their family they don't have time they are too tired hmmmmm. Maybe Positive Solutions.
