There is an old guy named Keith in West Fargo that has a ton of bikes that he fixes up and literally gives to kids. He sends hundreds to African kids as well. I'm sure he would take extra parts and would probably have what you need. Don't expect high end...just look up Kieth's Bike Repair West Fargo.
