Recommendations for wedding photographers and DJs? I'm getting married in Fargo this August, but as I moved away six years ago, I'm a little out of touch....

Pirate Radio Productions does a good job for DJ's.

[AKPPhoto](http://akpphoto.com) is great, my family uses her exclusively for all our photography needs

http://www.kt-ography.comhttps://www.facebook.com/KTographyND/ My wife is an excellent photographer and charges competitive rates! I know I'm biased, but honestly and objectively she does great work. I believe she's already booked for August 3 rd and 10 th, but send her a message on Facebook or an email if you're interested.

My senior pictures, my wedding, my aunt's wedding, my uncle's wedding, my mother-in-law's wedding, and all of our family gatherings have been photographed by Laurel Sexton! She's great to work with and very reasonable! http://www.laurelsexton.com AMP Mobile Music did my wedding, and I'd definitely recommend him! He has a good set up and can really bring the fun. Our dance floor was always full, and he was easy to work with to add in things or take them out that are normally done. Pretty darn reasonable as well. https://www.facebook.com/ampmobilemusic/

We just got married end of 2018 and Power Play did an amazing job! Kept everyone on the dance floor and played whatever you wanted! Our photographer was Peyton Lind Photography. She's out of the Bismarck area but she is substantial at what she does!
Recommendations for a wedding DJ Anyone have any recommendations on hiring a DJ for a wedding in the area? Any particularly good/bad experiences with a certain one?

We used Dude Walker's Music on Wheels. That was 13 years ago, but he is still in business. Did great, kept the crowd engaged and worked with our requests.

One of my coworkers has a DJ gig on the side and literally just last night did my reception... we were kinda worried about people not wanting to dance, but holy crap the floor was PACKED! If you want to PM me I can get you his name and number!

Not sure if I'm too late to the party but I would like to warn you against using PowerPlay DJ. The music was adequate, but not great. I usually have a pretty good attitude so I'm not the kind of person to slam them or say they ruined our big day, because that certainly isn't true. Just some things that were a bit off putting about PowerPlay: As soon as my wife and I got to the reception the DJ came up to us and started complaining to me about the issues he had setting up - okay dude. Not my problem? If it's fixed that's all I care about. Then at the end of the night he came and reminded me "be sure to throw me a good tip". I didn't tip.

There are DJ apps for Android, so look around. I guess she won't be mixing to any level, so any media player will be fine. I personal have Rocket Player (the full version) on my Android Devices.
Still on the hunt for a wedding reception place any suggestions ???? 6.9.18

Stephanie Lommen maybe?? I will tell you I do NOT recommend Y2K photography - they didn't get ANY pictures of our grandparents, none inside the church, none of me with his family or him with my family. They were not very professional to work with even ...See More
