Tom goes to Dr. Palmer too. He likes him pretty well. Just don't let the blonde chick in his office touch you lol! I've had bad experiences with dermatologists.

I know of a lady from Russia who never got her American license so does dermatology as a ministry. Last I heard she charges $35 the first visit and never any more, just have to pay for the creams she makes herself. Joy Harris has been taking her boys and really likes her.
