Roomie, sign up for G-Fit. That's the program I did, and I went from 210-185 lbs. You'd love it! http://g-fit.co/ check out the website. I think classes for the August round begin tomorrow, but you can still call the office and sign up! 479-262-2047

Anytime Fitness is just up the road from your house...Tim is the manager and he is great. They don't have the huge classes, but do offer evening classes and are great with strength training. Personal trainers are also available. Monthly membership plus...See More

I joined the Jones Center in Springdale. Just $8 a month for a fantastic fitness center and all classes free. You can pay a personal trainer $20 for a half hour as often as you want. I am trying once every other week, just to get a really great workout mixed in with the ones I do alone. My trainer even wrote me some standard workouts to use.

Fitness 4 less on Mission and Crossover by the Walmart has personal trainers that seemed pretty knowledgeable when I was there. They have a good facility and plenty of equipment, as well as numerous classes. They do tend to get crowded though.

Had a friend in LR who worked out a lot and wanted to take me on as a "project" or "challenge" as he called it. I'm not overweight just tall and slim but not scrawny slim. He was buff as hell and heard I'd like to put more muscle on but I moved to Fayetteville last weekend before anything got going. I'm Army Guard and get off on ppl motivating me as I'm not self motivated. The idea of hiring a PT is nice but too expensive. I need to do some research on how to eat and how to train. Good luck OP hope it works out for you.
