Staci Smith Graybill, be careful when looking for the best price with tattoo artists. From experience, I think you get what you pay for. Depending on the piece you have in mind, it might be good to find out who specializes in the type of art work you are looking to get.

Cherry Blossom, downtown off Hay. I'm super picky about my tattoos, and I spent two years in Fayetteville looking for the right place before I met Mr E by recommendation of Nicki and Kim Powers. He he did my chest/stomach piece. The shop runs 150/hr, but the art is worth it. Cheap tattoos can get you in trouble.

I'm about 99.7% certain that you will walk out of any Fayetteville tattoo shop with HIV....or at the very least, Hep C. Let's not discuss what other cultures would develop simply from the chair/table. Warlocks in Raleigh is worth the trip.
