Call Karen Dale at 321-917-2650. I think there is a mutual benefit here as their members would probably pack the place to hear you guys practice so they might forego any rental fee. See what they say as I haven't talked to them about it but it worked for am Elks Lodge in Atlanta where I was a member that had a swing band practice in it.
