I have been to Nassau Physical Therapy several times and they are great. They lift your spirits while healing your body.

I go to Nassau Physical Therapy near Publix on the island. Both Jim and Brittany are awesome. They're working with me on torn mcl for acl surgery. Not only do they assist with healing they are great about educating you thru the process. Best of luck!

Advanced Rehabilitation. I have been to them several times - lately for a broken hip. They know their stuff. They are located between a dance academy (RAD) and a comic shop across from Zaxby's on the island.

I just asked for the same recommendation myself a few weeks ago. I am seeing Stacy & her team at Advance Rehab in Yulee...I highly recommend them! They are very knowledgeable & have diverse therapy techniques. Good luck!

Australian Physiotherapy 904-337-1090 recommended to us by Nemours Hospital Dr. That swears by him for himself. I had my son all over Jax to the top spine Drs and therapist and no one could help him. One visit to dr Marrow? And my son was straight and out of pain for the first time in 8 months. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive.

Drew at Advance Rehab on the island is awesome. So is Kim at the Yulee location.

Advance for Kids in St. Marys GA provides PT and OT for kids with autism. Nemors Children's Clinic also has PT and other specialists. You'll want doctors who are have experience with autism. Dr. West on the island is a great pediatrician and sees kids on the spectrum.

We love welcome home care on island! Only one nurse has ever given us issues and my mom has had home health help for years. Angel watch was ok but had a few MAs and nurses with attitude. Like mom was inconvenient for them. Welcome home is wonderful, with the exception of this one nurse. I can message you who she is and what happened if you would like. However, Volare Small is with mom twice a week and is fabulous and Kirby Coleman Goad is her PT and she is also fantastic!!

Good question Natalie. My brother, Bruce Becker, is a physician who is a major proponent of aqua therapy. Lectures worldwide. Unfortunately he lives in Spokane. I'll be interested if there is someone locally.
