I have repaired 9 computers in the last 2 weeks with this exact issue. They have the person install ( Logmein ) or Team Viewer and they guide the users computer to website to install Virus / Trojans and the ask for up front payment between $150-$300 and unfortunately the ones I got in the shop this week were all Seniors and some gave the fake Microsoft employees credit card information:( hope more people spread the word to parents and especially senior citizens and kids
