Just Cuts does it by default. I personally recommend them, as do some of my coworkers and we're in an image-based industry and vain as fuck. We all have straight hair though so I'm not sure about curls.

I think many hairdressers will if you request it. You could call and ask somewhere local. I used to have someone who came to my house and cut my hair dry but she's moved interstate now.

It's a bit expensive, but I think you get what you pay for in terms of the quality of your hair cut and the service. Plus they will let you come back after two weeks for a free touch up.
