Advice on Wedding Caterers Hey St. Louis folks, I'm getting married in August at the Luminary on Cherokee. We are planning a pretty low key ceremony followed immediately...

I'm a wedding photographer in the area so I've encountered a lot of caterers. Not sure on their pricing but Patty Long catering is safe bet. I've also seen people bring in their own food from Pi, Pappys, and/or Blues City Deli, which is a pretty cool idea. Are you dealing with Brea McAnally at the Luminary? If so, she may allow you to bring your own food. Run the idea by her. Also, let me know if you need a photographer or videographer for your celebration. My company offers both services. Cheers!

did the Luminary give you a list? I'm sure they'll allow anyone with their licensing in order, but caterers that are familiar with the location are going to give you a better experience since they already know who to go to for facilities questions, and know what they can do without asking first too. sharing that list might net you some more targeted recommendations.
