We volunteer with Humane Tomorrow and love them! Their next Adopt-a-Pet is at PetSmart on July 23 rd, but you can look at all of the animals and apply for adoption on the website - humanetomorrow.org. We also recently adopted our dog through Animal Rescue Foundation and would recommend them as well!

Flower Mound Animal Services has some great dogs and cats and although the weekend of the 23 rd is "Let's clear the Shelters", there is no fees involved, totally free at this shelter all the time! I volunteer there so hope to see you!!

I just got my new dog at animals first foundation of Texas. Christy the director is awesome, she still texts me to make sure everything is going okay. :) most of their dogs are more in the 2-3 year range, which I preferred because they're already house trained :) the process is super easy and she will drive to your house with whichever dog you're interested in! I couldn't be more please with my experience. They have a Facebook page you can check out as well as a website. :) m.afftexas.org
