Academy has inversion tables for about $100. Works great for hubby's back pain. Also try Young Living Essential oils for pain, wintergreen, Panaway, a Raindrop technique would help as well. Send me a message and I can send you some info. My husband has terrible back pain from years of rodeo and all those things I mentioned have helped him a great deal. Plus I'd work on strengthening those core muscles..lol

There is a kinesiologist in Gainesvile who has worked miracles for a number of people I know. My charge was $35 with Medicare. Winner Wellness Center on Green St. He is a chiropractor and excellent!

I go to Upper Cervical Chiropractic of Georgia and would HIGHLY recommend it. It has made a huge difference in my life. The doctors are amazing and wonderful. You should definitely check it out. Tell them I sent you if you call and they will give you a deal for the first few appointments.

Oh Krista...I feel your pain. Sciatic Nerve pain is the worst pain I have ever had. I pray you get some help soon. It tends to try to take over your life, because it is hard to think about anything else except that awful pain. Did you fall and injure yourself?

Krista you definitely should see Dr. Bennett in Buford. I'll had sciatic and he helped me a great deal. He knows what he is doing. I would then go see a physical therapist. There is a good one next to bodyplex in Oakwood. They gave me a break on the price too.
