I love my dentist. The practice does general and cosmetic dentistry. I believe they have dentists who specialize in different things (although that might be wrong). Anyways, they are GREAT. While it's not in Atlanta, I got my veneers done at Old Milton Dental up in Alpharetta. I have a few friends who work for various dentists as dental assistants and say I have the best veneers they've ever seen. http://oldmiltondental.com/

I would say there are definitely benefits. I would look into talking to a cosmetic dentist before talking to a normal dentist; a cosmetic dentist is specifically trained for this kind of thing. Make sure you compare prices of different cosmetic dentists and also make sure he or she is very experienced. http://www.fortcollinsdentist.com/cosmetic.htm
