I've been using LoveCrafts.com, and they're shipping pretty quick. I also made one order from KnitPicks, but they're taking a long time to even process--it's been over a week, and it still hasn't hit my card.

I shipped a car from San Fran to CSU, no problems at all. I used uship.com and found a commercial car transport. They came on time, and delivered on time. The only funny thing was he unloaded right next to the dorm on the street, which I guess is illegal, but she got it in a moment and off he went. I can look up name at home tonight if you want, he was out of Fremont.
