I have a guy who has done all of those for me with the exception of the kitchen. But once I have the budget, he can tackle that too. His landscape design photis for a property he manages in Parkland are CRAZY!!!! He gutted my bathroom to the studs and rebuilt (thank you Arvuda for not using water-appropriate sheetrock in A SHOWER.... ugh)..... anyway, his name is stefon holness. JC Enterprises for landscape design (used them twice in 11 years) you can see his website for before & after pictures. He will not be inexpensive but he doesn't cut corners with materials & plants as many do (waiting 5 years for plants to be full size as an example & inferior soil) & Certa Pro painters for painting- only had exterior painting done along w/ neighbors and they did an excellent job on all 3.
