I feel your pain... had some issues with my gaming rig until I removed Windows 10. Ryan Kirk does some computer repair in our neighborhood. He might be a good bet.

This guy got all of my data because it is my work computer and fixed the issues for under $200.00. He had my data for me the next day. He runs his shop out of his house but he has worked with the Pineville Police Department, some with other agencies. He is the man when it come to computers, and is honest.
