One Hour heating and Air has a monthly fee of about $25 and they will maintain/clean the system twice a year - plus there is a discount for repairs and I believe up to $500 off when you do need a new system.

Sorry it took so long - hit some key and knocked myself out of FB :-(. Anyway, their # is 888-333-888. I have a payment plan where I pay about $17/month which takes care of the semi annual checks (heat and air) and covers other stuff - just not quite sire what - but they give you a reasonable time span for the tech to arrive and the tech always calls to let you know they're on the way

We talked to a very nice guy at Lighthouse Heating & Air. He told us the motor we got from our neighbor (who owns an ac repair business) is the wrong motor for what we have. It spins in the wrong direction. We need a place to have our old motor tested, the bearings specifically. Is there any where that will test our old motor for us? We are not asking for anything for free, just the information needed to get air back in our house. Thanks
